Artur Beul (born 9 December 1915, Einsiedeln, Switzerland died 9 January 2010, Küsnacht) was a Swiss songwriter. He was married to the German chanteuse Lale Andersen from 1949 until her death in 1972.[1]

  • 2007: On 14 September 2007, Artur Beul was awarded the Golden Medal of Honour of the Canton of Zurich by the Zurich Bernhard Theater, in recognition of his services to the art of music.[2]
